Values, and Goals
Human
There
should be privacy on selected work spaces.
Lack of it can contribute to delinquency, crime, and passivity. It is also said to cause disastrous
psychological effects. The term privacy
is highly considered for the workers’ focus and concentration.
Environmental
Environmental concerns influence the
project, as it is that we plan the people’s indoor environment. Its relationship to the site is necessarily
considered for it to harmonize with the surrounding physical environment.
Cultural
The residents are basically Filipinos
as they differ on mother tongue.
Technological
Technological advancements shall be
used for professional reasons rather than those for entertainment. The information technology advancements and
other governing possibilities reflect one example of this.
Economic
The issue on economics shall be
considered too for pragmatic purposes.
Though the city experiences great surge of wealth, the cost of the
building or structure has to be reasonably viable.
Safety
Considerations on safety to prevent
damage are imposed for the proposed building.
Colors, furnishings, and illumination are related to this factor to
provide a safe atmosphere. Fire
protection-emergency escape, first aid, and disaster control.
