Precepts
The design shall bear a
somewhat distinct native modernity character.
The interior should give a Filipino semblance to the building for
recognition. The City Hall shall have rooms
for private as well as for semi-private offices. Clerical offices shall be inviting. The lobby should be homey and comfortable.
Also essential to the
vision, is the construction of a building that will architecturally conserve
the rich cultural heritage of the city reflecting the institution’s strength to
embrace the new millennium.
