Concept
Much of the conceptual
frameworks were adapted from the design precepts. A traditional relationship diagram is
generated for the entire building. To
serve the clients better, multiple entries can be provided for easier
access. All of the closed offices shall
be gathered in one area and all of the open spaces are placed together in
another location.
A design uniquely Filipino
could be expressed through the use of local materials of stone and local shells
for windows, using weaves for ceilings and walls among others. Influenced by the Filipino contemporary
style, some forms are resolved to be incorporated with a touch of foreign design.
