Concepts
The programmatic concepts
have primary organizational or operational implications. In the programs for its design, a marked
difference on the nature of services is involved. It is decided that the space for offices will
be divided into roughly three classifications: the private offices, the
semi-private offices, and the clerical offices.
These shall serve as a guide for the design for it may have strong
formal implications.
