STORE AGE
Storage. From what I recall is a room for stuff. Stuff, stuff, stuff & more stuff. It is hard to imagine a person's need to store. I must be getting tired at this thing. It is so sad. This preoccupation. And I don't know why I keep doing this. Nobody even cares anymore.

ROUND ABOUT & ROUND ABOUT
I read a story about kites yesterday. I read about a yarn about kites and it is written for the school paper. I have read a story about kites. And the schools that remained high like a kite. And I am suppose to be entertained because the story is moving. It is a story about a son and his dad. About how the relationship changes in time.
Relationships in the name of the families' heritage builds strong roots that eventually creates houses that become homes, into a neighborhood, community, town, to cities and nations that'll remain hmmm unperturbed by any calamity or catastrophe, disasters that may occur. True or not, that seasons may vary according to locations, & urban planners, engineering, industrial, management, and leaders of varying degrees, would fight to uphold. That never - ending battle to do the right thing, the right thing, the right thing...

IMMONIANYMITY
Assumptions
The proposal assumes immunity and
anonymity.
GROUND ABACK
Background
The move to propose such project
recognizes the value of governance on every local government unit. The implementation of the decentralization
policy strengthens and supports this act.
The Local Government Code of 1991 has enabled local government units to
take the initiative in local development within the country. The code has enhanced the exercise of local
governance promoting the general welfare of each of their constituents. It shall then uphold its use for local
governments to enforce and pursue.
The
proposal shall attempt to come up with an acceptable design for a center for
local governance in the city. In view of
its relevance, one has to consider the city’s historical background and the
issues involved around the problem.
ARCHINEW
Architectural
Innovation and New Ideas
Process
of Design and Construction
The process of design shall
be done through AutoCadd drawing computer application otherwise it shall be
done manually considering the different working drawing presentation
requirements. Construction techniques
could be done differently for the building.
It may be of steel, concrete and wood as well as stone.
Building
Habitability
For efficient human office
productivity, the building corridors shall be of the straight-line approach
depending on their uses. The ceiling
hopes to soar creating an impressive space ready to inspire visitors. The building will be uniquely tropical and of
the contemporary culture.
Human
Security and Safety
An industry leading fire detection
technology, TrueAlarm and TrueAlert- the first addressable fire notification
appliance could be used. With the
highest fire protection, this new smoke sensors, fire detection and
notification could be installed interactively courtesy of innovators at
Simplex. The structure shall have fire
exits and hazards as well as the latest fire-fighting equipment designed for
its purpose. The latest security and
monitoring systems will also be incorporated in its design.
Conservation
of Resources
The
offices will have automated controls that provide continuous daylight dimming
down to 28 percent of power in windowed offices, and these will have occupancy
sensors. Permanent exhibit spaces, on
the other hand, will use on/off day-lighting controls.
Active
and Passive Energy conservation systems may also be very important for the
conservation of resources. These could
help the structure meet the general objectives of the project in terms of
comfort and convenience.
Structural
Material and Equipment System
The latest advances, however, shall
literally be invisible; from glazing materials and efficient mechanical
systems, to emergency power and robust telecommunications. Several structural systems are favorable for
the structures. Systems mostly done by
steel and concrete are of different spans and are incombustible. Other advances include the HVAC systems and
the latest security and monitoring systems like CCTV cameras.

SCEPTER INSPECTORS
Design
Concept
Much of the conceptual
frameworks were adapted from the design precepts. A traditional relationship diagram is
generated for the entire building. To
serve the clients better, multiple entries can be provided for easier
access. All of the closed offices shall
be gathered in one area and all of the open spaces are placed together in
another location.
A design uniquely Filipino
could be expressed through the use of local materials of stone and local shells
for windows, using weaves for ceilings and walls among others. Influenced by the Filipino contemporary
style, some forms are resolved to be incorporated with a touch of foreign design.
THUS SIGN
Design
Philosophy
It shall be less rational
and more arbitrary trend of architectural style. The philosophy adapted includes its function
to be simple. It could be symmetrical in
arrangement and uses permanent materials like stone, steel, concrete, or some
durable and heavy materials to produce a feeling of lasting effect. Massive walls will serve to emphasize
strength and impressions of being dignified to lure visitors and the general
public with confidence.
