This is hard to say but at some point one does feel stress and pressure. Stressure if you want to call it such. One could read about stress and strain as an analytical process in Civil Engineering. Stress Analysis is defined as "an engineering discipline covering methods to determine the stresses and strains in materials and structures subjected to forces or loads".
Now watch out and try to treat yourselves as structures. I am not sure though one wants to be analyze that way. But then it is your sole decision to do so...
